Communication Resource Management

A government department operated a complex programme of international engagement with a foreign public. Programmes were run in association with other departments and a large group of partners.  They engaged with a range of audience groups using differing methods and with varied objectives.

Lightwell Research undertook a resource mapping exercise which analysed these networks of influence. This study allowed identification of duplication, validation of any potential cost efficiencies and fostered best practice information sharing.
